Privacy

This policy describes how Orvel (“we”) processes personal data on orvel.dev. The publisher is identified in the studio legal notice. Product-specific processing (API keys, invoices, payments) is described on each product’s own privacy page.

What we process

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. A NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers your language. Owner access uses a secure session cookie, orvel_admin_session, with a maximum duration of 30 days that can be renewed during use. These cookies support language selection and authentication. There is no contact form. If you write to us, we process your email to respond and keep the correspondence as needed to handle your request, then according to applicable obligations for customer correspondence.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Railway Corporation (USA), Europe West region (Amsterdam), under its DPA with EU standard contractual clauses. Access logs (time, path, status, IP) may be retained up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection: write to hello@orvel.dev. You may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr). We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Products

Access Record, Factur-X and EU Verify each have their own privacy policy covering accounts, Stripe payments, usage counters and the data they process.
